Disclaimer
During your initial consultation, Christian Nonprofit Law Center (CNLC) may express preliminary thoughts, impressions or ideas about the legal issues we discuss. Our views and comments are not to be construed as a guarantee, promise of outcome, formal legal opinion or recommendation. We will not provide legal opinions on which you may rely until after we have formally established the attorney-client relationship. Then, legal opinions will only be provided in written form.
We will observe the strictest confidence concerning any information you disclose during our consultation and thereafter. Such information shall remain confidential even if we do not establish an attorney-client relationship. It is essential that you understand that no attorney-client relationship can exist until each of the following criteria has been met:
1. You have formally requested legal representation.
2. We have conducted a thorough “conflict of interest” review and notified you that none exists.
3. You have received, reviewed, understood, signed and returned our Fee Agreement.
4. We have received advance fees, fee deposits or a retainer if your Fee Agreement requires one.
Please do not send us emails or documents that disclose sensitive or confidential information until each of these four conditions is met and we have confirmed that an attorney-client relationship exists. Delivering such material shall not establish the attorney-client relationship. You acknowledge that the material and documents you deliver to us may not be returned if the attorney-client relationship has not been verified in writing and documented by a signed Fee Agreement.
